1 A. Multiple Accounts : Having more then 1 account is strickly forbidden. You may NOT have more than one (1) account. If we find out that you have more than one account, both/all of your accounts will be closed and you will be permanently banned. Any money that you have spent on turns WILL NOT be refunded. That is cheating and it will not be tolerated. 1 B. Profile Abuse : Being able to have a profile is a priviledge. Don't abuse it. Do not post copyrighted images, or image depicting beastiality, kiddie porn, hate, or anything illegal for minors to view. You agree that if any of these things are posted, and we are contacted by parents or attornies, your information will be handed over to them immediately for prosecution. You alone are responible for the images that you upload, not us. 2. Supering : You in no way are allowed to plan attacks with pimps that are not a member of your crew. If you are not in a crew, you still cannot plan attacks with other pimps. This is known as supering, and it is not allowed in this game. 3. Shared Computers : We are not gonna comment on this rule, if you have someone playing from your computer, that is at your OWN RISK. If you get banned for multiple accounts, that is your own fault. 4. Quitting : Its ok to quit, just leave a message with me the admin, and tell me to disable your account. Do not put in your profile, "free thugs, free hoes". Do not message people and tell them that your leaking either. Anyone who attacks a person who says "I'm leaking" or "I quit" will have the master account disabled. 5. Leaking : You may not in any way message or tell anyone that your hoes or thugs are unhappy. 6. Spaming : We are really strick about spammers. Please do not post links to other games on the net, its just out of respect to the programers who work hard on this game. This includes posting links to sites that contain links to other games. Your pimp charactor can be banned pretty fast if you abuse this rule. 7. Game Play : You must actually be playing a killing round and be actively playing to receive Credits for the killing round. There will be longer pimps/pimpettes who login and kill a small number of thugs and hoes, and not play the round just to receive Credits at the end of round. 8. Posting : Do not post any attacks on the public board, only share attacks with members of your crew. Please do not spam, read rule above. Do not put down the game, or the admins. If you are creating drama towards the game, we will remove you. 9. Attacking : You may not attack your own crew members, no matter how you think it may be fair, its not. Use common sense, if you leave a crew, attack a member, and rejoin the crew. You will be removed. 10. Stealing Accounts : Stealing/Sharing accountis not allowed, even if the account is your Brothers/sisters/cousins account, if they dont want you on it, you dont go on it. If you are caught using another persons account, even if you are that persons best friend or brother or sister, if the original owner wants to press anything, your main account will be immediately banned without any questions asked. 11. Credit Card Fraud : If you use a credit card that is stolen, YOU WILL get caught and turned over to the authorities. That is fraud and will not go unpunished. If you use your credit card or paypal account and then decide to call your credit card company or paypal and dispute the charges, that is FRAUD also. Remember, it only takes a couple minutes of our time to research this and provide them with the information that they need to file FRAUD charges against you. Fraud is a felony in a majority of states and is punishible by prison time and a fine. If you don't want your butthole getting stretched out while in prison and you don't want to be someone's bitch, then DON'T commit fraud. If fraud is committed by you, we will immediately file a civil suit that entitles us to 10 times the amount, plus attornies fees, damages, loss of wages, and the damage done to the reputation of the company. So just don't do it. 12. Common Sense : Just because the rule isnt listed here, doesnt make it right. Please think before you take action. These rules are updated and changed from time to time, so keep checking by once in awhile. |
